Pay Rate: $32.00 per hour

What's a typical day as a Project Manager – Store Refurbishments? You'll be:
  • Driving capital and operational store refurbishment projects from initial development and bidding through execution and closeout.
  • Managing master project schedules, construction phasing, budget oversight, change orders, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborating with outside general contractors and vendors to ensure all projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
  • Partnering closely with Store Construction and Design teams to review plans and architectural/construction documents, offering guidance and ensuring compliance with luxury brand standards.
  • Partnering with procurement to draft RFP documentation, address contractor clarification requests, qualify bids, perform comparative analyses, and provide vendor award recommendations.
  • Drafting and presenting project proposals and status updates to the Director of Store Maintenance and executive leadership.
  • Leading preconstruction alignment calls, establishing clear timelines, and synchronizing internal and external partners.
  • Reviewing job-site photos and documentation regularly to verify schedule adherence, address discrepancies, and proactively resolve project issues.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have 5+ years of hands-on experience in retail construction or project management, with proven success directly managing multiple outside vendors within a multi-brand retail business.
  • Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Possess strong expertise reading and interpreting blueprints, architectural drawings, and construction documents.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project) and retail/construction project management software (such as Smartsheet, Procore, Autodesk Forma, etc.).
  • Hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
  • Have demonstrated experience presenting to and collaborating with corporate cross-functional teams and executive leaders.
  • Bring exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, schedule management, and cross-functional communication skills.
