Entry-Level Quality & Shipping Assistant

Location: Eastern Shore, MD

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member with good work ethic to support our manufacturing and shipping operations. This is a hands-on, entry-level role perfect for someone eager to learn quality testing techniques and assist with daily shipping tasks. On-the-job training is fully providedno prior advanced engineering or supervisory experience required!

Key Responsibilities

• Packing & Shipping: Carefully pack products into shipping crates and prepare orders for transport.
• Quality Inspections: Follow simple testing protocols using basic measurement tools (calipers, durometers, scales) to verify product specifications.
• Material Handling: Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs throughout the work shift.
• Team Collaboration: Maintain a clean work area and assist senior team members with routine warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Willingness to learn basic measurement tools and quality control procedures
• High school diploma or GED preferred (prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required)
