Warehouse DriverYour Impact

As a Warehouse Driver, you'll play a critical role in supporting our community programs and thrift shop operations. You'll safely transport donations and customer orders, provide outstanding customer service, and help maintain an organized, efficient warehouse environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the move, working independently, and interacting with people throughout the community.

What You'll DoTransportation & Deliveries

• Deliver customer purchases in a safe, timely, and professional manner

• Pick up donations and merchandise throughout the service area

• Maintain accurate documentation and delivery records

• Operate a 16-foot box truck safely and responsibly

Customer Service

• Serve as a positive ambassador for Blue Ridge Care

• Provide friendly, courteous service to customers and donors

• Build positive relationships through professionalism and respect

Warehouse Operations

• Organize, sort, and store merchandise efficiently

• Assist with seasonal inventory storage for thrift shop locations

• Operate warehouse equipment, including a baler

• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized facilities

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform minor furniture and merchandise repairs as needed

• Assist with warehouse projects and daily operational needs

• Support team members in achieving department goals

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license required

• Experience operating box trucks preferred

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

• Ability to safely lift, move, and transport merchandise

• Familiarity with the local service area is a plus

• Commitment to teamwork and exceptional service

• Ability to work evenings and weekends
