Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist
Location: Milwaukee, WI 53216
Duration: 3+ Months (Temp-to-Hire) OR DH
Pay rate: $23/hrs. On W2
Shift: 7:00AM-3:30PM
What You'll Do:
- Operate a forklift to move, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing materials
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure clean, organized, and compliant storage areas
- Enforce inventory compliance with FRA, OSHA, and company policies
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of inventory or materials control experience in a warehouse or industrial setting
- 3+years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or industrial setting
- Familiarity with SAP preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Forklift certification or the ability to become certified
Physical and Other Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
- Frequently required to stand, walk and operate a sit-down forklift
- Occasionally required to kneel, stoop, or climb
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
