Project Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple commercial roofing and waterproofing projects from contract award through close-out, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and field teams, managing all project documentation, budgets, and coordination efforts.

• Manage commercial roofing and waterproofing projects from contract award through project close-out.

• Prepare and submit complete submittal packages and shop drawings for client and consultant approval.

• Procure and coordinate timely delivery of project materials.

• Track project scope revisions and issue change orders as needed.

• Prepare and submit accurate monthly billings and progress reports.

• Estimate costs and manage project budgets to ensure profitability.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between company andthe client, maintaining strong professional relationships.

• Coordinate project activities with field superintendents to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with contract requirements.

• Conduct weekly site visits for all active projects to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.

• Support overall company objectives by ensuring client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports.

• Process invoices and subcontractor billing.

• Resolve field-level challenges including weather delays, crew coordination, and materialissues.

• Monitor adherence to safety standards and company policies at job sites.

• Maintain accurate records for labor hours, equipment usage, and change orders.

• Create project closeout packages including warranties, punch lists, and customersatisfaction follow-ups.

• Attend pre-construction and post-construction meetings as required.

• Foster a positive and professional relationship with clients, subcontractors, andcoworkers.

• Other duties, as needed to successfully complete the project scope

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.

• 3-6 years of experience in construction or roofing industry preferred.

• Knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation practices is.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management software.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Comfortable working outdoors and on construction sites.

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.

• Capable of climbing ladders and walking on roofs when needed.

• Must be able to stand, bend, and move around for extended periods.
