Qualifications
- Ability to read and write
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience working in varying weather elements; quarry experience preferred
- Experienced with operating/maintaining and troubleshooting heavy equipment
- Ability to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Primary operations of front end loaders, dozers, backhoes, grader, excavators and skid steer loaders
- Operating mobile equipment based on quarry operational requirements
- Inspect all operating equipment each shift, complete inspection sheets and report problems
- Correct malfunctions or irregularities of operating equipment
- Maintain strong communication with quality personnel and adjust material blends as required
