Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Required
- 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment, Required
- Previous experience in supervision, Required
- Experience in Manufacturing or warehouse equipment and department processes, Required
- Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field, Desired
Responsibilities
- Direct the day-to-day activities and assign tasks as necessary
- Coordinate Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources
- Support continuous improvement recommendations
- Assist production management in the maintenance, training and operation of equipment
- Oversee all activities associated with the direction and support of maintenance functions
