Luxury RV Resort, a camping destination located in Gulf Shores, AL, is seeking a dedicated and friendly Part Time team member to join our Office team. If you have a knack for customer service, enjoy working with people, and have computer system or software experience, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Team Member you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the front office operations, with a strong focus in computer based tasks

- Completing administrative tasks, including cash handling, reporting, record-keeping, and correspondence.

- Addressing guest inquiries and concerns in a friendly and timely manner.

- Working side by side with Park staff to ensure top-notch guest service.

- Collaborating with management to implement and improve office procedures.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who is:
- Experienced: You have at least 1 year of experience in a Front Desk position. Prior reservation system experience a plus.
- Organized: You excel at multitasking and keeping things running smoothly.
- Personable: You enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills.
- Problem-Solver: You’re proactive and can handle challenges with ease.
- Team-Oriented: You thrive in a collaborative environment and follow instructions.

Must have computer experience.

Must be able to work weekend shifts as needed.

Must be able to reliably commute to the business location to work hours of 8AM-5PM.
