Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or relevant field, or equivalent work experience required in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years experience working in a similar function in a manufacturing environment, preferred
- 2+ years experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities, etc., preferred
- Knowledge of labor management systems and incentive-based pay, preferred
- Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts, preferred
