Large Format Printer Operator

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Creative Cause Solutions is seeking an experienced Large Format Printer Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will bring prior manufacturing and equipment operations experience. (press and printing experience a plus), efficient workflow management, meticulous attention to detail, and consistent commitment to quality throughout the production process. Job-specific training will be provided on our equipment, processes, and quality standards. Compensation is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain all printers according to manufacturer recommendations.
• Prioritize and manage workflow to ensure timely completion of projects while meeting company and customer expectations.
• Maximize machine capabilities.
• Manage machine logs and coordinate maintenance and repair calls with vendors.
• Printing and preparing large format signs, banners, and display graphics.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with other associates and departments.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating large production equipment.
• Capable of learning new equipment operation.
• Experience with understanding manufacturing workflows and processes.
• Willingness to learn RIP software and color management.
• Willingness to follow department policies and procedures.
