Part-Time Server/ Bartender
Bermuda Lakes is creating a brand-new poolside bar and restaurant at our RV Resort. As a Bermuda LakesServer/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests by providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Your primary objective is to ensure customer satisfaction by accurately taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any guest needs or concerns promptly. TheServer/ Bartenderwill collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate timely and accurate delivery of orders. This role requires maintaining a clean and organized work environment while adhering to all health and safety regulations. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews.
Responsibilities:
Order Management:Takes food and beverage orders from customers at the bar or tables, entering them accurately into the Toast system.
Drink Preparation & Service:Mixes cocktails, pours wine, and serves beer according to recipes or guest preferences.
Customer Interaction:Greets guests, provides menu recommendations, and delivers high-quality service
Safety & Compliance:Verifies ID to confirm legal drinking age and monitors consumption to prevent over-intoxication.
Maintenance & Inventory:Stocks bar with liquor, beer, wine, ice, and glassware; cleans tools, surfaces, and equipment.
Financial Handling:Processes cash and credit card payments efficiently.
Requirements:
Ability to work in afast-paced environment.
Stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Flexible schedule Monday- Saturday between 10am-9pm
Current food handling certification (i.e. AAA or ServSafe).
