Retail General Manager

The GM Role is the Senior Leadership Role responsible for all Hiring, Mentoring, Training, and Developing the Staff to provide World Class Customer Experience through Product Knowledge, Customer Enagement, and exciting in-store Merchandising. The General Manager will train and coach our team for continuous improvement in our In-Store Customer Experience. This role is responsible for all Staff Training, Merchandising, and Operational & Administrative functions within the store.
