Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the electrical field in the cement manufacturing or related industry
- Must be able to meet on-call responsibilities as well as emergency call-out to support 24/7 operations
- Associate's degree preferred
- Field of study in Electrical Technology preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform all electrical repair work, preventative maintenance and emergency call-out tasks on plant electrical equipment
- Troubleshoot potential concerns required to achieve and maintain maximum productivity
- Make recommendations for modifying PMR job plans throughout the facility
- Maintain reliability of equipment within standards
- Document all problem solving efforts related to all repeat problems/issues
