$18-$25/hour + Commission

New Works Remodeling is looking for an outgoing, organized, and motivated Shows & Events Manager to lead and grow our local marketing program.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys working with people, building a team, and taking ownership of results. You'll be responsible for finding great local events, coordinating our participation, building and managing a team of Event Demonstrators, and helping generate qualified homeowner leads for our bathroom remodeling company.

You won't be sitting around a desk all week. You'll represent our company at home shows, community events, fairs, festivals, and other high-traffic events throughout the greater pittsburgh area.

• Generate & Track Results
• Coordinate Booths
• Market the Company

What We're Looking For

We're especially interested in candidates who have experience in team leadership, customer service, marketing, recruiting, management, or other customer facing roles.

The right person for this position should be:

• Comfortable approaching and starting conversations with new people.
• Confident leading, training, and holding a small team accountable.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple events, schedules, and deadlines.
• Results-orientated and intrested in improving performance overtime.
• Comfortable using basic computer programs; Word, Excel, CRM Softwear.
• Able to stand and interact with the public for extended periods.
• Avaliable to work weekends on a regular basis, weekends are when the majority of events take place.
• Ability to travel to events throughout the pittsburgh area.

A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required.

Compensation

$18-$25 per hour + Commission on all sales generated from your department
