The Restaurant Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional
service and enjoy a high-quality dining experience. This position requires a positive attitude,
strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality food and service.
Time of Operations: Monday thru Friday 10:00am to 7:30pm, Saturday 10:00am to 6:00pm, Closed on Sunday, and Closed Most Holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.
- Ensure food items are stored and handled safely.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Process payments efficiently using the POS system.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Manage online orders and delivery service pickups.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Communicate menu items and specials clearly to customers.
- Address customer feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Assist with various tasks as assigned to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members.
- Comply with all rules, regulations, and requirements set by licensing agencies.
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Positive attitude and team player mentality.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to bend, kneel, and reach.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment.
- Must have the ability to work with poultry, and other standard food products
- Exposure to hot and cold temperatures (i.e. Walk in Freezer and Hot Kitchen)
