Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of equivalent experience
- Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar field preferred
- 0-3 years of required work experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) skills required
- Self-starter/ highly motivated team player
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the operation and maintenance of the plant's equipment
- Monitor reliability based systems including preventative maintenance systems
- Participate in the creation of preventative maintenance routines (PMRs)
- Analysis and elimination of repetitive problems through root cause analysis
- Support and guide sustainable improvements in Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF)
