Expanding Midwest firm is looking to fill a critical role for a Drainage Engineer in their Naperville Office!
Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of public and private sector projects
- Lead drainage design on transportation projects
- Collaborate with staff
- Communicate with clients
- Prepare technical reports, plans, designs, cost estimates and calculations
- Use background experience on a variety of projects (transportation drainage design, detailed hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, stormwater management and permitting)
Requirements:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 5+ years of experience
- PE License or ability to obtain
- Proficient in drainage design software (HEC-RAS, HY-8 and SWMM)
- Experience using MicroStation, GEOPAK/OpenRoads and Civil 3D
- Site development experience preferred
- Familiar with IDOT and Illinois Tollway
Salary is commensurate with experience.
