Job Description
Lone Star Staffing is hiring reliable and detail-oriented JID Selectors to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, selecting, and organizing inventory according to JID (Job ID / Item ID) orders to ensure accurate and timely shipments.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately select and pull items based on JID pick lists and system orders
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, scanners) safely
- Perform quality checks on items for damage or discrepancies prior to packing
- Palletize, wrap, and stage completed orders for shipping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy standards
Shift Options:
- 1st Shift: Morning/Day hours
- 3rd Shift: Night/Overnight hours
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in order selecting, warehouse operations, or material handling preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
