Job Description
Lone Star Staffing is hiring energetic and detail-oriented Stage Wrappers to join our warehouse and logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing, shrink-wrapping, labeling, and staging prepared pallets to ensure all outbound shipments are safe and ready for transport.
Responsibilities:
- Safely wrap completed pallets using manual or automated shrink-wrap machines
- Verify pallet contents against order tickets to ensure order accuracy before wrapping
- Label, tag, and stage wrapped pallets in designated shipping bays
- Inspect pallets for stability and weight distribution to prevent damage during transit
- Assist with basic warehouse cleanup and keep staging areas organized and hazard-free
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and warehouse policies
Schedule:
- 3rd Shift: Overnight hours (Weekend availability may be required)
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in warehouse staging, wrapping, or shipping/receiving is a plus
- Ability to bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand or walk for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep up with fast-paced production lines
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance history
