Essential Functions of the Position:

• Assist the development team with RF/microwave circuit design, prototyping, and testing tasks for the Power Measurements product line under the guidance of senior engineers.

• Support sustaining engineering efforts for the RF Power and Signal Sources product lines, including component research and design updates.

• Perform hands-on lab work bench testing, data collection, and measurement and help evaluate results against design requirements.

• Help investigate design challenges and trade-offs, and document findings clearly for the team.

• Communicate progress and findings across the team to support timely, compliant product development.

• Maintain traceable documentation of assigned work in compliance with quality procedures.

• Assist in researching new product ideas, including gathering specifications and rough cost/timeline estimates, under mentorship.
