Surgery Manager

A hospital in Muscle Shoals, AL is seeking a senior-level Surgery Manager to lead surgical services operations on-site. This is an in-person, full-time leadership role requiring relocation to the Muscle Shoals area within 30 days of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

The role. The Surgery Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the surgical department, applying demonstrated management skills to lead clinical staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure the delivery of safe surgical care. The position draws on a combination of nursing leadership competencies and direct surgery experience to guide departmental performance and support staff development.

What we're looking for.

• Current Alabama State Board of Nursing license; BLS required, ACLS/PALS as applicable
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in which management skills have been demonstrated
• 2–3 years of surgery experience required
• Must be able to relocate to Muscle Shoals, Alabama within 30 days

Compensation. $100,000 - $120,000 per year
