Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent relevant work experience
- 1 year general laborer experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, Qlikview
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of PPE
- Must be able to travel 10%-20%
Responsibilities
- Direct daily shift operations and manage the frontline crew
- Monitor product consistency in real-time
- Conduct daily safety tailgates and enforce PPE
- Lead the shift crew in daily inspections and mechanical troubleshooting
- Fill out accurate daily shift production summaries and record equipment downtime
