Restoration Project Manager

We are a well-established disaster response environmental restoration mediation company with over 16 years of experience, specializing in water, fire, mold, asbestos, biohazard, blood, residential, and commercial loss remediation. We are seeking a Restoration Project Manager for our Wichita location to oversee small teams working on a variety of short-term restoration projects. This role involves coordinating residential, commercial, industrial, and environmental remediation efforts, with moderate client interaction to ensure successful project completion within tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize restoration projects to meet client requirements and deadlines
• Coordinate and lead small teams of 1-10 members effectively
• Manage timelines and ensure projects are completed within short durations (typically less than two weeks)
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, providing updates and managing expectations
• Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays and additional costs
• Ensure strict adherence to all relevant regulatory compliance standards
• Conduct thorough site inspections to assess conditions and monitor progress
• Manage relationships and performance of vendors and subcontractors
• Prepare and submit accurate project reports documenting progress and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, budgeting, and risk assessment
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for environmental restoration
• Strong team leadership skills with ability to guide small teams
• Excellent communication skills for client engagement and team coordination
• Effective problem-solving abilities to handle project challenges efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience specifically in restoration project management
• Associate degree in Environmental Science or a related field
