Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 5-10 years of industrial experience preferred
- A good understanding of the basics of the cement manufacturing process is preferred
- High degree of safety awareness
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
Responsibilities
- Perform basic maintenance, repairs, minor installations, replacements and some elementary electrical work
- Troubleshoot production issues and take appropriate corrective actions
- Perform preheater tower cleaning including the use of Cardox
- Operate various heavy equipment
- Train other operators, and participate in team meetings
