Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience
- Computer proficiency required
- SAP experience would be a plus
- Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE")
Responsibilities
- Provide the necessary leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate and control mining and production
- Ensure proper staffing and monitor inventory status at the Plant
- Analyze and monitor production efficiency / productivity
- Initiate and implement production and scheduling related programs that maintain safe operations
- Communicate with site crew and supervise team to maintain production and efficiency
