Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years general related to duties and responsibilities
- Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use hand and power tools
- Knowledge of company processes and procedures
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Operates straight or articulated rubber-tired tractor-type vehicle equipped with a front-mounted hydraulically powered bucket or scoop to lift and transport bulk materials onto trucks.
- Starts engine, shifts gears, presses pedals, and turns steering wheel to operate loader.
- Perform assignments outlined by the Foreman, and standard procedures are followed in the performance of duties.
- Performs routine maintenance on loader, such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.
- Maintain an effective system of communications with supervisors and customers serviced.
