Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of cement plant experience
- Strong computer expertise in Excel, Access, IP21, SAP, and SPC
- Field of Study Preferred: Chemical Engineering, Automation Engineering, similar disciplines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the plant's production, quality, and environmental functions
- Coordinate and participate in improvement of the Plant's technical capabilities
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures
- Promote a culture of safety and adhere to health, safety and environmental policies
- Serve as coach / mentor to CP's in process and other departments
