Qualifications
  • Able to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver furniture and merchandise weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Experience in warehouse, distribution, retail, furniture handling, inventory, assembly, material handling, or powered industrial equipment operation is preferred but not required.
  • Committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards for product quality.
  • Effective communicator who works collaboratively with customers, teammates, and leaders.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, dependable attendance, adaptability, and a commitment to safety procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings.
  • Operate warehouse equipment while following all safety procedures.
  • Inspect, prepare, and maintain merchandise to ensure quality standards.
  • Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support efficient operations.
  • Assist with product preparation, minor repairs, touch-ups, and repackaging.
