Position Summary:

We are hiring Movers & Packers to join our dedicated field crew. In this role, you will work as part of a team packing household items into boxes, padding furniture, loading/unloading moving trucks, and helping families transition into their new homes. No prior moving experience requiredwe provide full paid training!

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack fragile and non-fragile items securely into boxes using proper packing techniques.
• Wrap, pad, and protect furniture before loading onto moving trucks.
• Load and unload furniture and boxes carefully to prevent property damage.
• Work collaboratively with team leads and crew members to complete moves efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, pushing, and carrying items up/down stairs).
• Reliable transportation to our headquarters in Hebron, MD.
• Must pass a drug screen and standard background check.
• Previous experience in moving, construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus, but willingness to learn is most important!
