Production Line Operator - 2nd Shift

At The LEGO Group, we are seeking a Production Line Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role focuses on supporting product quality and production performance and involves working as part of a dedicated team in a climate-controlled setting with a non-rotating 6 pm-6 am 2-2-3 shift pattern.

Weekly pay $21.42 Per Hour

10% Night Shift Differential

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production equipment
• Assist with machine setup and changeover
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards
• Identify and respond to minor machine issues and troubleshoot as needed
• Perform routine quality inspections
• Record production data accurately
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Collaborate effectively within a team setting

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience operating manufacturing equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Manual dexterity and strong attention to detail
• Experience with quality inspection and data recording
• Awareness of safety protocols in production environments
• Ability to work well within a team
