Local construction company in Santa Barbara, CA seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper

This is an independent contractor position (1099)

This position will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payment processing and providing Owner, Business Manager and Contract Manager with fiscal reporting.

• Proficient in QuickBooks Online (expert level)

• Accounts receivable and payable

• Bank Reconciliation
• Credit Card Reconciliation
• Monthly Reports-Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss
• Worker’s Compensation Reports and Audits
• General Liability Audits
• Journal Entries
• Income Tax Planning and Prep
• Meet with CPA
• Excel
• Word
• NOTE: There is a business manager on staff, this position is strictly accounting.
