Pay Rate: $16.50-19/hour

-Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
- 6AM-230PM Mon-Fri
-Shift: 6AM-300P Mon - Fri
Job Summary
We are looking for dependable Warehouse Associates to join our team. This is a hands-on warehouse position involving shipping, receiving, picking, packing, loading, unloading, kitting, labeling, and general warehouse support.
The Warehouse Associate will perform different duties as assigned by management while following established safety and performance standards.
Responsibilities
Depending on the assigned area, responsibilities may include:
- Pick and prepare customer orders.
- Make and build boxes and carts.
- Perform packing, void fill, and box taping.
- Sort and label products and shipments.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers manually.
- Perform LTL shipping and sorting activities.
- Assist with kitting and production assembly.
- Perform labeling, display building, and other value-added services.
- Load and unload carts and trailers.
- Move and replenish materials using a pallet jack or sit-down forklift, when assigned.
- Empty trash bins and operate the cardboard baler.
- Detrash pallets and remove plastic, straps, and other materials.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, transportation, or similar experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions and established safety procedures.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with basic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a busy warehouse environment that may be noisy at times.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to reach, bend, pick, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift.
