Shift Manager Yourpie Athens
Yourpie Athens is looking for a positive, hands-on Shift Manager to lead our team at 196 Alps Road in Beechwood. If you love people, enjoy a fast-paced restaurant, and take pride in great pizza and hospitality, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and motivate team members, assign stations, and keep each shift running smoothly.
• Work alongside the crew on the line, oven, register, and order handoff.
• Welcome guests and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Carry out opening, shift-change, and closing procedures.
• Maintain food quality, accurate portions, cleanliness, and safe food handling.
• Help control waste, rotate products, count inventory, and match staffing to business volume.
• Train new team members and reinforce Your Pie service and operating standards.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous restaurant or shift leadership experience preferred.
• A dependable team player who leads by example.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
