Clear Cloud Solutions is an electrical contractor based in Southern California, specializing in low-voltage systems integration and security: access control, IP video surveillance and CCTV, intrusion detection, perimeter security, and structured low-voltage cabling. Clear Cloud serves utility, federal government, tribal government, and select commercial clients, including work that requires prevailing wage and government background clearance.

The Role
We're looking for a Project Manager to own project delivery from award through closeout: scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. You'll coordinate daily site activity, people, equipment, materials, and subcontractors, and be the main point of accountability for getting the job done right, on time, and on budget.

You'll manage Lead Technicians and field crews across multiple concurrent jobs, working closely with a Project Coordinator, Superintendent, Estimating, Accounting, and company leadership to keep every project moving.

What You'll Do
• Own individual project delivery on time and on budget, from award through final closeout.

• Plan and set up new projects: review budget and customer deliverables, build the project schedule, and identify what the job will need to succeed, from drawings and submittals to site access and prevailing wage requirements.

• Build and maintain project schedules, keeping the field team, leadership, and the customer aligned on progress.

• Lead job-site kickoffs, walking the site with your Lead Technician to review scope, budget, and schedule, and confirm the crew has a clear execution plan.

• Review daily field reports and safety documentation, and keep the customer's project team informed.

• Manage monthly invoicing and billing for your projects.

• Issue and manage subcontracts, and own subcontractor quality, safety, and schedule adherence on your jobs.

• Develop and manage change orders, including scope, pricing, and customer approval.

• Manage material and equipment procurement for your projects, working with vendors and internal purchasing.

• Lead project closeout, including punch lists, quality review, final documentation, and warranty tracking.

• Contribute to lessons-learned reviews that help the company keep improving how it estimates and executes work.

• Maintain job site safety standards and OSHA compliance across your projects.

What We're Looking For
• 5+ years managing security systems integration and/or low-voltage electrical projects, including technician teams installing IP cameras, access control devices, electrified door hardware, video management and recording systems, intrusion detection, and related low-voltage systems.

• Experience managing projects for government, utility, or tribal clients is a strong plus; ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance, since some Clear Cloud contracts require it.

• Working knowledge of construction project scheduling, budgeting, and job costing.

• Comfortable working inside Asana (or comparable project management software), Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook; Bluebeam Revu experience is a plus for reviewing drawings and takeoffs.

• Able to read and interpret blueprints, security system drawings, and technical specifications.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, since you'll be producing daily reports, schedules, and customer-facing status updates regularly.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

• Able to pass a background check and obtain any government clearance required by a given contract.

Education
• Associate's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Project Manager role.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
