Classic Customs Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic and energetic team. This role will work collaboratively with the project team to ensure that a quality project is produced safely, on time, and within budget.

The Project Manager will oversee projects from initial planning through completion, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and internal team members. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented professional with strong construction knowledge and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage construction projects from pre-construction through project completion and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and construction plans.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and schedule to ensure project goals are met.
  • Review plans, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and project documents.
  • Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Obtain and review estimates, bids, proposals, change orders, and invoices.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop solutions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting notes, schedules, and closeout documents.
  • Conduct and/or participate in project meetings and provide clear project updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, company policies, and project requirements.
  • Work closely with field personnel to maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and productivity.
  • Track project costs and assist with forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Resolve construction issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support final inspections, punch-list completion, turnover, and project closeout.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
  • Experience managing commercial, residential, or specialty construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, specifications, and contracts.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
  • Ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel to active project sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • OSHA 30 or other relevant safety certification.
  • Experience with estimating, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Builder-trend, or similar platforms.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred but not required)
