Demonstrate familiarity with U.S. Pacific Command (USPACOM) and US Central Command (USCENTCOM) Operations Center and United States Area of Operations to include various Combatant Command Operations Army Service Component Command (ASCC) and Land Forces Component Command
Provide Intelligence support of Research & Development effort for Intelligence into COCOM’s Command organizations, missions and area of operations to the Capability Program Executive for Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare CPE ISW - a U.S. Army organization that equips soldiers with advanced technology to dominate the electromagnetic spectrum
Provide direct support to Project Manager Space Superiority and Exploitation (PM SSE) delivers advanced space sensing and spectrum warfare systems to support Army Commanders
Manage technology integration into Army Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (Army TENCAP). Socialize different technologies as customer interests dictate
Stay current on new and emerging capabilities
Provide “day-to-day” multidiscipline analysis for future capabilities and associated activities to include but not limited to classified collateral and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) data management in conjunction with Military Intelligence Program (MIP)
Demonstrate full understanding of National Tactical Means systems and architectures and understanding of technical systems, hardware and software and Defense Advance Research Project Agency initiatives
Utilize knowledge of the Central Command (CENTCOM) operational environment along with a strong familiarity with the Intelligence Community
Develop objectives, schedules, risk assessments and architecture definition and compliance through the validations and guidance across various Project Management initiatives
Identify capability gaps and provide technical solutions utilizing knowledge of the COCOMs Battle Rhythm
Present briefs to a wide range of audiences to include senior military and civilian leaders
Work in a forward deployed position in support of military operations, including occasional travel in support of mission needs
Identify core requirements mission areas and obtain access to national developed capabilities
Assist supported combatant commanders to define comprehensive intelligence needs and requirements

Requirements
Education/Training:
Bachelor’s Degree in intelligence, management, or other relevant discipline preferred
Experience:
4+ years of professional experience in the required task area
Experience in system acquisition or system development of DoD or IC Intelligence systems
Experience in systems development or systems operational support
Security:
Must be a US citizen
Current active TS/SCI security required
Physical Requirements:
Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)
Able to safely lift and carry up to 20 pounds at a time
