Your missionGuide a CNC machining team to consistent, safe, and efficient production. You’ll balance people, programs, and processescoordinating assignments, operating equipment as needed (start-up/shutdown included), validating quality with standard inspection instruments, and eliminating roadblocks by editing programs and resolving tooling issues. You’ll share performance insights with supervision, tackle administrative tasks, and keep records clear so shift-to-shift continuity never slips. You will train, mentor, and help assess performance, all while exploring new machining methods, CNC programming enhancements, and state-of-the-art tools. Above all, you’ll lead by example in safety, cost, output, and compliancesupporting company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
