Your mission

Guide a CNC machining team to consistent, safe, and efficient production. You’ll balance people, programs, and processescoordinating assignments, operating equipment as needed (start-up/shutdown included), validating quality with standard inspection instruments, and eliminating roadblocks by editing programs and resolving tooling issues. You’ll share performance insights with supervision, tackle administrative tasks, and keep records clear so shift-to-shift continuity never slips. You will train, mentor, and help assess performance, all while exploring new machining methods, CNC programming enhancements, and state-of-the-art tools. Above all, you’ll lead by example in safety, cost, output, and compliancesupporting company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Do these describe you?
  • High School Diploma/GED; vocational technical certification preferred.
  • Five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Comfortable with CNC machine tools and functions; skilled in programming/editing for lathe and/or milling machines.
  • Knowledgeable across metal fabrication, assembly, and related equipment.
  • Fluent in lean principles and practical application.
  • Solid math skills, including basic trigonometry.
  • Blueprint reading and interpretation come naturally.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with MRP systems (SAP) desired.
  • Leadership DNA: coach, mentor, develop talent; manage performance; solve problems and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and organizer who fosters a positive, inclusive team culture.

  • CNC Mill (3–4 axis VMC) and CNC Lathe (2–4 axis)

Compensation & benefits
  • Pay range: $34-$39 commensurate with experience + Bonus plan
