Pay:$19.37 hourly

Production Associatesto join their team. This is a contract-to-hire providing flexibility and strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect plastic products for quality, defects, and compliance with company standards
- Pack finished goods into boxes according to specifications
- Follow work instructions, quality procedures, and safety guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Report any quality or equipment issues to supervisors
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum1 year of consistent work experience(manufacturing or production preferred)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality focus
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work either day or night shifts
