Job Title: F&O Support Analyst Location-Type: Onsite, Philadelphia, PA Start Date: ASAP Duration: Contract-to-Hire, 2-3 months minimum Compensation Range: 38-50/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role serves as the primary functional and technical support contact for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O ERP environment, helping finance, warehouse, and operations teams resolve issues and maintain smooth distribution workflows during and after a live ERP cutover. Job Summary Provide tier 1 and tier 2 functional support to end-users across inventory, order management, and financial modules within the D365 F&O ERP system. Troubleshoot system errors, workflow bottlenecks, and data discrepancies, escalating complex technical bugs to senior developers or system administrators as needed. Assist with onboarding and training new employees on core F&O system functionality and best practices. Monitor system performance and support testing during upgrades and new module rollouts. Act as a liaison between operations staff and technical teams to ensure issues are communicated clearly and resolved efficiently. Perform additional IT and operational support duties as required in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in a live production environment. Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and basic accounting and finance principles. Demonstrated ability to support system administration and organizational setup, not limited to UI navigation. Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical warehouse and office staff in a high-pressure, high-volume environment. Preferred Qualifications: Background in food, beverage, or specialty distribution environments with ERP experience in similar operations. Experience supporting ERP cutovers or go-live transitions. Familiarity with X or other D365 F&O development concepts. Multi-ERP experience, provided D365 F&O hands-on time is substantial and well-documented.
