Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We’re looking for a compassionate, dependable, and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. You’ll work closely with a BCBA and a supportive clinical team to help each learner build meaningful skills and experience success.

• Provide individualized, one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA

• Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans developed by the supervising BCBA

• Collect accurate data and document client progress

• Support children in developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills

• Use evidence-based ABA strategies during structured and naturalistic teaching opportunities

• Build positive, trusting relationships with learners and their families

• Communicate and collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and the clinical team

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Follow all clinical, ethical, and safety standards

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

• Experience working with children, individuals with autism, or developmental disabilities preferred

• A genuine interest in helping children learn and grow

• Reliable, patient, and dependable

• Comfortable working one-on-one with children in their homes and other community-based settings

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Previous ABA, special education, childcare, or behavioral health experience is a plus

$24.00–$30.00 per hour

This position requires after-school and early evening availability, typically around 4:00 PM–7:00 PM.

Additional hours may be available based on client needs and your availability .
