Running Lab, a locally owned run specialty store in Brighton, MI, is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. If you have a knack for connecting with people and a year of experience in sales or a related field, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Sales Associate at Running Lab, you'll be the face of our store, helping customers find the right products to enhance their running experience. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Providing exceptional customer service by listening to customer needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
• Assisting customers in finding the perfect running shoes, apparel, and accessories.
• Sharing your knowledge of running gear and trends to create a welcoming and informed shopping experience.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Building lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and loyalty to our store.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and shares our passion for running and fitness. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
• A friendly, approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• A genuine interest in running and the ability to share that enthusiasm with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
