Distribution Trainer - Temp to Hire
Pay: $25.25/hr
Seeking Distribution Leads (Trainers) to support peak season operations. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent placement based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Train and coach new and existing associates
- Reinforce safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Monitor training progress and provide feedback
- Support onboarding and daily operations
- Assist leadership with staffing and operational needs
Requirements:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Warehouse/distribution experience preferred
- Previous training or coaching experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work 1st and 2nd shifts as needed
- Ability to travel between Hebron, Walton, and other facilities
- Bilingual candidates preferred
