What you’ll tackle
- Load and secure metal sheets/plates, following safety protocols.
- Set machine programs and parametersspeed, amperage, and moreto meet print specs.
- Run parts and confirm precision using calipers and tape measures.
- Perform daily cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
- Hand off parts to fabrication and welding, keeping the line moving smoothly.
What it takes to thrive
- Stamina to stand and walk through the shift; lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Strict adherence to PPE and all safety procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort with measurements; able to pass a measurement assessment.
- Steel-toed boots on day one.
Schedule & compensation
First shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM. Earn $18/hour, with overtime available.
