What You’ll DoAs an LPN, you’ll work closely with our nursing team to provide high-quality, resident-centered care. Responsibilities include:
Providing direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
Administering medications and treatments as ordered
Monitoring residents and promptly reporting changes in condition
Documenting care accurately and timely
Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers
Communicating with physicians, residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team
Supervising and supporting CNAs as appropriate
Following infection-control, safety, and facility policies and procedures
Helping create a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff
Current LPN license in good standing
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and clinical skills
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
