How you'll deliver
- Translate customer demand and plant capacity into actionable daily and weekly production schedules.
- Partner with production, purchasing, maintenance, and customer service to line up materials and resources.
- Monitor execution and rapidly re-plan to accommodate downtime, material gaps, or shifting priorities.
- Ensure ERP/MRP accuracy across work orders, BOMs, inventory transactions, and production data.
- Interrogate production metrics, inventory levels, and capacity to expose inefficiencies and drive improvement.
- Publish Excel-based reports that inform planning and operational decisions.
- Lead clear communication in daily production meetings to keep teams aligned.
What you bring
- 1–3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment with exposure to production planning, scheduling, materials, production control, or supply chain.
- Proven ability with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Epicor, Oracle, JD Edwards, Infor, IFS, or similar).
- Fluent in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, with strong data analysis skills.
- Outstanding organization, analytical thinking, and communication.
- Highly preferred: hands-on support of production schedules, material planning, inventory control, or manufacturing operations.
