The ideal candidate is creative, reliable, and comfortable working independently while delivering great results.
- Collaborate with clients to understand each property's unique selling points and creative direction.
- Capture interior and exterior photography across a range of residential and commercial properties.
- Apply professional camera, lighting, and composition techniques suited to real estate environments.
- Deliverimages in a timely manner for use in listings and marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills.
- Proven experience in photography, ideally with a real estate or architectural portfolio.
- Proficient in photo editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and composition in indoor and outdoor settings.
- Experience with professional camera equipment and wide-angle or tilt-shift lenses is a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills; able to meet listing deadlines consistently.
