Pharmacy Cashier

Surry Rural Health Center in Mount Airy, NC is looking for a cashier for our pharmacy. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable.

Job Type: Part-time

• Schedule: Various hours during the week with a Saturday rotation.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and acknowledging each customer
• Assisting customers with questions and concerns
• Processing sales using cash registers, scanners, or other equipment/Drive-Thru
• Verifying patient information upon check-out
• Accepting and verifying various forms of payment
• Assisting with stocking OTC items and managing OTC order replenishment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service or retail experience preferred
• Friendly demeanor
