Core Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain Haas CNC machine tools and controls at customer sites.
• Leverage online technical documentation, manuals, and vendor support to resolve issues efficiently.
• Complete precise service documentation for customers and internal teams.
• Deliver after-sales support, training, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Maintain current knowledge of machine tool technologies and HFO Chicago’s product portfolio.
• Perform related tasks as needed to support customers and team goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical/electrical repair or engineering experience (CNC repair background preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings (required).
• Proficiency with laptops, smartphones, and software; Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
• Outstanding technical communication and presentation capability.
• Physically able to lift 40–50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Flexible schedule with frequent regional travel and driving to customer facilities.
