We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a medical devices organization in Atlanta, Georgia in a Contract to Permanent capacity. In this role, you will assist customers with product-related questions, resolve service concerns, and provide thoughtful support that builds confidence in the company’s offerings. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys combining customer care with technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone or other support channels, delivering timely and attentive assistance.
• Investigate service concerns and technical issues, identify root causes, and work toward effective resolutions while meeting service expectations.
• Record customer conversations, case details, and follow-up actions accurately within internal platforms such as Salesforce.
• Route complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate teams to ensure issues are addressed completely and efficiently.
• Explain products, services, and basic troubleshooting steps in a clear manner that helps customers feel informed and supported.
• Maintain a positive customer experience by handling each interaction with patience, accuracy, and care.
• Balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while staying aligned with productivity, quality, and response metrics.

• At least 2 years of recent experience in call center support, customer service, or technical assistance, preferably in a high-volume environment.

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is preferred.

• Strong ability to troubleshoot issues while delivering a high standard of customer care.

• Comfortable working in a metrics-focused environment with changing priorities and steady workflow demands.

• Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and remote support tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or a related regulated environment is preferred.

• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team-oriented culture.
