Designer/Project Architect
Looking for a young designer/architect for our Raleigh office
with 3 to 5 years of practical experience and a bachelor’s degree from an
accredited institution in Architecture. The ideal applicant will be a creative
designer with the ability to work individually or in a collaborative environment.
Additionally, the applicant shall have the ability to work with the production team
on Design Development and Construction documents. Experience in commercial
(non-residential) architecture is required. A licensed architect is desirable.
Experience in Revit, Sketchup, other design techniques and software, building
codes, and consultant coordination is required. This is an in-office position.
Salary range $70,000 - $80,000.
